Friendships & Lovers Release

When it’s time to say “good bye” ladies, we all know how much strength and resolve it can take to let go of that friend or lover. We may know it’s over, that instead of bringing a smile to our face, they bring tears or frustration, or that the two of you just no longer nourish each other. When the relationship and/or friendship is over it’s time to let go… not always easy is it?

After working with women around the globe (and experiencing my own various relationship cycles) I created this unique session (available as a single or package) to help women just like you bid “adieu” to those who are no longer compatible (regardless of the reasons). Whether this relationship or friendship you are releasing ended yesterday or 10 years ago, it is time for you to finally gift yourself with the freedom from its hold.

As each relationship is truly unique your sessions will be tailored to you, but can include:
- understanding the meaning and reason for the relationship;  for those who have the question “Why?!” ringing in their heads, this will help you gain clarity around the dynamics you shared, if there were past life elements, insight into the ending of the relationship and what you can take forward.

- healing the hurts and wounds that you still carry; a large component of truly being free of a relationship is the healing process. We will work closely with you to scan your system for emotional scar tissue and guide you in a loving, supported way through healing exercises that really work.

- releasing and cutting chords; how many of you still feel like you’re “carrying a piece of this person”, or that they are still able to effect you even from a distance with a mere reminder or thought? Relationships can be so immersive and integrating that we open to allow the other person’s energetics to take roots within our system, this crucial component works through your entire energetic body and removes the energetic anchors and chords creating a new revitalized feeling of freedom from the past (and this relationship), while also allowing you to be less effected (or not at all) by any reminders.

- opening up to new fulfilling relationships; this aspect dives into releasing any blocks (obvious or hidden) within us that are stopping new individuals from entering into our lives (whether friends or lovers). We will glide through exercises created for you to vanquish these roadblocks and/or fears, build a strong confident foundation and get ready to re-emerge with radiance back into life.
